Terms of Service

The terms for using Strama: your account, your work, plans and refunds.

Last updated:

Who we are

Strama is operated by Raymund Adrian Rafael, an individual based in the Philippines. Contact: support@strama.tech.

The service

Strama is a web workspace for strategic management (STRAMA) capstone work: evidence, factors, matrices (EFE, IFE, CPM, SWOT/TOWS, QSPM and more), financial statements and a financial model, and exports.

You need an account to use it. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your work and academic integrity

Strama is a tool for doing your own analysis. It is not an essay-writing or homework service, and it does not write your paper for you.

You are responsible for what you submit and for following your school's rules on tools and AI. Sources, factors and strategies an AI suggests or adds are labelled AI-assisted, and the project owner can switch AI off for the whole project. See AI and your data. AI output can be wrong, so check it.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Strama for anything unlawful.
  • Don't upload content you have no right to use.
  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Don't resell access.

Your content

You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Strama for you. See Privacy for what we collect and who handles it.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on Pricing, in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles the transaction, billing and taxes, and its terms also apply to your purchase.

Student monthly renews every month until you cancel. Student semester is one payment for 120 days of access and Team is one payment for 120 days of access. Neither renews.

When paid access ends, your projects stay readable and paid features lock. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full. Email support@strama.tech from the address on your account. Renewals and repurchases are not refundable, except where the law requires.

Refunds are issued by Creem in US dollars to the original payment method. The amount in your own currency can differ. Creem sends the refund; how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

A refund ends the paid access for that payment. For Team, it ends paid access for all seats. Refunding a monthly payment also cancels the plan, so you won't be charged again. A refund never deletes your projects.

You can cancel the monthly plan any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access to the end of the paid month.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Strama running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as is.

We may change features. We'll give notice on the site or by email before material changes to these terms.

Ending your account

You can delete projects or close your account at any time; see Privacy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including grades or academic outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
